Can I request a custom color, print or size?
<p>We do not currently accept any custom color, print or size requests for our background products.</p>
What are the care recommendations for Painted Canvas Backdrops?
We recommend spraying the background lightly with a fabric protection spray. Wait until the first coat is entirely dry and then spray again. Allow the background to dry thoroughly before using or storing. Care should also be taken not get the background wet. Clean the model’s shoes before he/she steps onto the material to prevent dirt marks. Blot dirt or dust with a dry cloth. Roll up the backdrop after use.
Are Painted Canvas Backdrops flame retardant?
Painted Canvas Backdrops are not flame retardant.
What paint is used on the Painted Canvas Backdrops?
Savage Canvas backgrounds are hand painted with an acrylic-based paint.
What material is the canvas made of?
Heavy cotton canvas, attached to an aluminum core and counterweight wood trim.
How do I release any creases or wrinkles from the backdrop?
We recommend steaming the backdrop from the backside to eliminate wrinkles.
