Can I return an unused item?
If you purchased an item from SavageUniversal.com you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) Returned items must be unopened in good & re-sellable condition with all supplied components (i.e. power cords, batteries, adapters, etc.) and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
How do I initiate a return?
If you have an account with us, log in and navigate to "My Orders." From there, select the option to request a return and follow the instructions provided. If you do not have an account, please contact our Customer Service team by opening a ticket . Please ensure you have your order number, billing name, and email address on hand when contacting us.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you ordered the wrong size, color or material and would like to try another option, we recommend initiating a return for the original item, then placing a new order. If your item arrived damaged/defective, please contact us for a resolution.
