What payment forms are accepted?
Our store accepts the following payments for online purchases: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover + KLARNA (Pay later, Pay over time). Orders cannot be placed by telephone, mail, email or fax.
Why was I charged twice?
<p>An authorization will be made to your account at time of check out, while your credit card won't be charged until time of shipping.</p> <p>If you find a duplicate charge on your bank statement, please allow several days for the authorization to fall off.</p>
Do you have any promo codes or discounts available?
Unfortunately we do not offer any promo codes or discounts on our website. We recommend checking with your local Savage dealer or online retailer to see if they have any promotions available.
Can I make changes to an order after to has been placed?
You may be able to make changes to your order while the order is processing. Please contact Savage Customer Support .
I'm missing part of my order, what should I do?
If you order multiple items from our website, it is possible they will ship separately and may not arrive at the same time. Verify your tracking information via My Account to check if missing packages are in transit. If they do not appear to be, please contact Savage Customer Support with your order number so we can resolve the issue.
Will sales tax be applied to my order?
If you are shipping to an address located within the state of Arizona, current state sales tax will be collected.
Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
No, you have the option to checkout as a guest. Creating an account will provide easy access to check order history and default billing/shipping information. You can access your Savage website account by using the same, convenient credentials as your manfrotto.com, lowepro.com, joby.com or gitzo.com accounts.
My payment was declined, what should I do?
If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to place your order again. We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. To help ensure your order is successful we suggest checking your card details to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiration date, billing address and security code. Your card issuer may have declined your payment and as we cannot verify the specific reason, it's best to check with them or contact your bank. If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card.
What can I do if the product I'd like to buy is out of stock?
We recommend checking availability with our authorized dealers using the "Find a Store" tool.
