Shipping Information

SavageUniversal.com utilizes Kibo order processing solutions for order fulfillment. Consumer orders placed through this website are fulfilled by authorized Savage dealers nationwide. Customers may receive communication through the order process regarding order status and shipment status from Kibo, Savage Universal, or a Savage fulfillment partner directly.

All orders are shipped via standard ground service only at this time.

Delivery times for standard shipments are not guaranteed. Whenever possible, every effort will be made to meet your requested delivery date.

A shipping charge is assessed per individual product on each order. The total shipping charge is shown on the checkout page prior to payment processing.

Delivery Times:

Delivery time for orders depends on the internal processing time of the order and the delivery destination on the order. Orders shipped via standard ground service are not guaranteed and can take up to 14 business days in transit to the destination. Keep in mind that the shipping carriers, as a general rule, only make deliveries Monday through Friday. Also please allow additional transit time for remote or rural areas.

Warehouse shipping days are Monday through Friday only.

Because we offer a wide array of products, processing and shipping times can vary dramatically depending on the item(s) in your order.

Orders less than $250 do not require a delivery signature. The delivery of orders under $250 can be left in an area at the delivery location as deemed secure by the carrier. We are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier.

Orders of $500 or more (or if requested by the purchaser when the order is placed) are shipped requiring a recipient signature. Orders requiring a recipient signature must be delivered to the shipping address specified on the order when it is placed. The delivery carrier cannot re-route the package to another delivery address or allow pick up at the carrier’s depot.

Order Status:

The status of any order can be reviewed by logging into your account.

Once the order has shipped, the tracking number will be also be available by logging into your account.

Order tracking details can be found on the carrier website for a period of 90 days from the original shipping date.

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Kibo Customer Service at (877) 412-7467. If more than 1 hour has passed since submitting the order, cancellation may not be possible. You may need to await delivery of the order and initiate a return. See our Return Policy for further details.
