Orders cannot be placed by telephone, mail, email or fax.
No COD orders are accepted.
For credit card verification, the billing address you provide must exactly match the billing address that is on file with the institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notifying you.
We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility to contact the issuing institution for resolution of the problem.
We do not accept credit card numbers sent via email. Sending credit card information via email is not a secure practice.
Payment processing takes approximately 24 hours after the order is submitted.
Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as SHOPATRON.
If payment has already been processed for the purchase when an order is cancelled, a credit will be issued to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual financial institution policies will dictate when the credit amount will be credited to your account.
Unfortunately we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

As we do not know the fulfillment (shipping) location until after the order is submitted, the checkout and confirmation email may not include taxes. Before payment is processed, the applicable sales tax will be added. Therefore, the final amount collected for payment may differ slightly from the amount shown during the checkout and confirmation phase.
