SavageUniversal.com utilizes Kibo order processing solutions for order fulfillment. Consumer orders placed through this website are fulfilled by authorized Savage dealers nationwide. Customers may receive communication through the order process regarding order status and shipment status from Kibo, Savage Universal, or a Savage fulfillment partner directly.

This store only accepts online orders with payment via Visa, American Express or Discover. Orders cannot be placed by telephone, mail, email or fax. No COD orders are accepted.
Orders can only be shipped to postal street addresses within the 50 United States (and District of Columbia).
There will be a surcharge for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, and only specified shipping methods are available for these locations. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Orders cannot be shipped to the Armed Forces of Africa, Americas, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Pacific, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and Palau. Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses will ship via SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship the package from the APO or FPO address via the next available vessel.
For credit card verification, the billing address you provide must exactly match the billing address that is on file with the institution that issued the credit card (when entering the name that appears on the credit card, you may omit the middle name or initial). If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notifying you.
We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility to contact the issuing institution for resolution of the problem.
We do not accept credit card numbers sent via email. Sending credit card information via email is not a secure practice.
Credit card payment processing will occur approximately 24 hours after the order is submitted.
Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as SHOPATRON.
If payment has already been processed for the purchase when an order is cancelled, a credit will be issued to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual financial institution policies will dictate when the credit amount will be credited to your account.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it according to the stated Return Policy.
Sales tax will be charged, if necessary, in accordance with the rules for each state. In select states, sales tax will be applied to the order if it is shipped from the same state that the order is delivered to.
As we do not know the fulfillment (shipping) location until after the order is submitted, the checkout and confirmation email may not include taxes. Before payment is processed, the applicable sales tax will be added. Therefore, the final amount collected for payment may differ slightly from the amount shown during the checkout and confirmation phase.
