I have multiple accounts on my computer. How can I let all accounts have access to the software?

Confirm you are running version 6.1 or higher. After installing the software, you will have a folder called “Green Screen Wizard” in your My Documents area. Copy that folder to your C Drive so that the new location is: C:\Green Screen Wizard. (Note: If you install backgrounds or overlays at a later time you must copy them to the C Drive as well.)

Do I need to use your digital backgrounds to use the product?
No, Green Screen Wizard will work with any digital backgrounds.
How do I update to the most current software version?
Occasional updates do occur, which will be noted above. There is no charge to upgrade to the most current version but you will need your serial number to upgrade your product if you do the complete install. You may upgrade as often as you want on any given machine.
My serial number is not working below. What should I do?
Make sure you are entering the key exactly as printed on your key card, located inside your product case. Include hyphens, and ensure there are no extra spaces entered. If you continue to have trouble, contact support@savagepaper.com.
How do I access the digital background library included with my Savage Green Screen Software?

How can I use the images?
The Savage digital background images can be used for any private or commercial project but cannot be resold as standalone image files.
